Overview

FairSplit is an insurance technology company, providing high-performance web application for accessible severance benefits. My work on the MVP contributed to securing entry into Techstars Miami 2023.

My Contributions

As the front-end developer at FairSplit, I contributed to defining policies such as employee benefits, code reviews and maintenance, code documentation.

• User Experience & Responsiveness: Built responsive, user-friendly designs and reusable Vue.js components to ensure consistency and scalability of her web products.

• Performance & Reliability: Optimized application performance with data binding and server-side rendering, resolving bugs, and maintaining high code standards through refactoring and version control.

• API Integration: Integrated internal and third-party APIs, managing asynchronous requests with error handling and ensuring secure, seamless data exchanges.

Results

My work on Fairsplit’s web applications contributed to creating a reliable platform that makes severance benefits accessible and easy to navigate. Through responsive design, performance optimisation, and secure API integrations, I helped deliver a digital experience aligned with Fairsplit’s mission to support employees in transition. This project honed my technical skills in front-end development and state management and underscored the importance of collaboration and high standards in building impactful, user-driven solutions.
